Had my explorer for a month to paint it, replace windshield, door glass and headlights from a wreck. My appraiser, Taylor, was nice and communicated effectively throughout the process. However, the windshield wipers were re-installed incorrectly and when used they scuffed the drivers side A pillar. Some of the windows had to be replaced and re tinted and they forgot to tint one (easy fix), and the drivers side headlight assembly they replaced Iโ€™m guessing is a non-oem one and is pointed directly at the ground and virtually useless at night. The paint turned out good, however the reassembly of the body seems to be rushed with not a lot of attention to detail from the techs. For the amount of time they had the car things should be reinstalled correctly. They did cover two days of the rental charges as my policy max was reached while they were still working on the car. Good customer service, good paint/body work, bad reassembly of the car. Taylor did get a new a pillar ordered and will have the tint guy finish the job but hopefully this headlight can be adjusted as it is a one piece assembly. Will update once everything is fixed correctly after a 20k bill.

Belinda and Kristin have been simply amazing!! My car is being fixed at Caliber near Crossroads after an accident. Belinda made every part of the check in process so easy, even making sure I had a rental car (despite an error in the way ins. scheduled things). Kristin, who is managing my repair process, is awesome - keeping me updated on the process, and working to get my car fixed and me back in it as efficiently as possible, despite more damage than expected. I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about Belinda and Kristin, and the whole experience with Caliber!!

Caliber Collision did an amazing job repairing my carโ€”it looks like it just came out of the showroom! Kevin and the front desk staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They kept me informed and made everything easy from start to finish. I highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone in need of quality repairs and excellent customer service! โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ

This is my 3rd time throughout the years coming to Caliber Collison. The first few times had been good. But this last time not so great. Took my car in to get bumper fixed due to me hydro-planing over a tree log was in the street during a rain storm. Took it to get fixed in September 2025. The bumper was fixed with ordered parts and replaced snaps to keep bumper together. Fast forward, it is now February 2026, and the snaps are not attached and falling apart. Took car back, and was told it was new damage and I still had wood underneath my car since September. Totally unexceptable job done. I've been trying to get information about what will happen next, and the guy I'm dealing with, (DJ) is always away on vacation or on break and can never get any answers. If I had known I would be going through this, I would have taken my car to someone else reliable. Now I'm being told they have to talk to my insurance company to fix what should've been done the first time. I'll be giving my insurance company a call/heads up. I feel I can't trust Caliber Collison on Piney Pines again.

The Caliber team keep us informed each step of the way for the body repairs to my car after a deer strike. Noah was quick to return calls and provide detailed answers and explanations. Highly recommended!
